• Account data: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
• Profile data: skills, work experience, education, certifications, preferred work locations, and availability.
• Job & application data: job postings you create, applications you submit, gig participations, and messages.
• Location data: approximate location for map-based job search; exact address only when you choose to share it with an employer.
• Transaction data: wallet top-ups, job posting fees, and Stripe payment records.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To display jobs on the map and match you with relevant opportunities.
• To facilitate applications, gig requests, and messaging between job seekers and employers.
• To process payments for job posting fees and wallet top-ups.
• To send notifications about your applications, gigs, and messages.
• To verify employer identities and company legitimacy.

4. Location Privacy

Job posters choose a location visibility level for each listing:

• Exact: precise address shown publicly.
• Approximate: exact address stored privately; only a coarsened area is shown publicly.
• Hidden until accepted: exact address stored in a private record; revealed only to accepted workers or hired candidates via a secure backend authorization check.

Exact coordinates for private-location jobs never appear in public APIs, map markers, search results, or structured data.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only when necessary:

• With employers you apply to (your application details and message content).
• With Stripe for payment processing.
• With law enforcement if legally required.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, account administration, dispute handling, security, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. You may request account deletion or a retention review through our Contact page.

7. Your Rights

• Request access to personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable law.
