1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnyJobs (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of using the Platform and, where relevant, legally entitled to perform or offer the work involved. Additional age, consent, licensing, immigration, employment, or sector-specific requirements may apply depending on the role and user.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, applications, and job postings.
• Do not post fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal job listings.
• Respect other users; do not harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages.
• Do not attempt to circumvent payment systems or manipulate wallet balances.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Platform without permission.

4. Job Postings

• All job postings are subject to moderation before going live.
• Posting fees are charged per listing based on category and tier.
• Refunds may be issued where required by the applicable moderation or payment policy.
• We reserve the right to remove, delist, or reject any posting that violates these terms.

5. Verification

Identity and company verification badges are granted at AnyJobs' sole discretion after review. Verification is not guaranteed and cannot be purchased. Displaying a verification badge when not verified is prohibited.

6. Payments

• Wallet top-ups are processed securely via Stripe.
• Job posting fees are debited from your wallet when a listing is submitted.
• Refunds for rejected or delisted postings are credited back to your wallet.
• AnyJobs is not responsible for payments made outside the Platform between users.

7. Location Privacy

Employers may choose to keep their exact workplace address private until a candidate is accepted or hired. AnyJobs enforces this through server-side authorization. Attempting to access private location data without authorization is prohibited.

8. Company Workspaces

Company owners and administrators are responsible for managing their team members' access and permissions. AnyJobs enforces role-based access control but is not liable for unauthorized actions by team members who were granted excessive permissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

AnyJobs is a marketplace platform and is not a party to any employment relationship between users. We are not liable for the conduct, representations, or obligations of employers or job seekers. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion through our Contact page, subject to retention required for security, disputes, or applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
